I started my career at the Red Lion in Llandybie, moving onto Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, Renaissance at Heathrow, Thistle Hotel at Hyde Park, Thorpe Park private dining, Alton Towers conference centre and 10 years as Exec Sous Chef at Sheraton Heathrow before I started by own Business in XXX and have never looked back.

In September 2021, I took on the catering franchise as Ashford Sports Club.
